Nawafil Al Khair delivers across the GCC, including Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

All orders require approximately 4 days for preparation and tailoring, where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery area and shipping conditions.

Shipping charges apply to all orders. Delivery fees are calculated according to the customer's delivery area in Kuwait or the destination country within the GCC. The applicable shipping charges will be communicated or displayed at checkout.

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable Kuwaiti consumer-protection laws and the conditions below.

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• The item must not have been altered or modified after delivery.
• The original invoice or order confirmation should be provided to verify the purchase.
• The item must be returned in a condition consistent with applicable return requirements.

Returns will be inspected before approval. Any applicable legal rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items will be respected.

If you receive an item in a different size or color from the one confirmed in your order, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Exchanges are subject to verification and product availability. If an item is defective or does not match the confirmed order, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws in Kuwait.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable laws and the relevant payment arrangements. The time required for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
